drowning in pine needles will be available for painting the den or kitchen.
There will be names like Fallen Pine Needle Sienna and much debate
will take place about how to match the trim – Cracked Granite White, perhaps?
It is just another unsuccessful way we try to bring nature into our lives,
instead of taking our lives out into nature.
oh, does this ever remind me of my two friends-they couldn’t find the colour they wanted but created it through trial and error-but so true to get out in nature-it keeps my soul alive.
and your title is priceless! Jane
I was feeling a little cranky that day!
Bravo Tim!! Well said! Society these days is creating a whole generation of kids/adults suffering from Nature Deficit Disorder
Let’s see them come up with a pill for that!
It will only be a matter of time before some pharmaceutical company tries!!! They have been known to invent several psychological “diseases” then create a drug to “cure” it.
Our current definition of economic value is so unhealthy. When pharmaceutical abuse has high value and something like childcare has little value, you know we’re off track.
Still…take that Crayola…
Yeah, kind of hard to get mad at Crayola, isn’t it.
