Oh, well said. It can also be the good whispering in the back of our heads that we tend to ignore.Always good to question our motives and what is true. Really like this, a good reminder as i move through some sort of transition in my life..

I have come to believe that the shadow part of our persona holds more of the truth of who we really are than the part we usually allow the world to see. Although we see our shadow as “bad” it can be where our imagination, fantasies, daydreams and passions are spawned. Because we keep it hidden away it tends to leak out in less than desirable or “acceptable ways”. Our mission – should we choose to accept it – is to accept it as a rich and desirable part of our self and transmute its energies in healthy ways that serve the highest good of all. They are determined and persuasive whisperings for good reason and should be heeded.
